Building sandcastles in wind and weather

in the new indoor sandbox Buddel

As the name suggests, digging artists and sand architects get their money's worth in the new indoor sandbox. One mud pack follows the next - so mum and dad have to be careful on their observation post in the floating nests!

Building sandcastles - 365 days a year

The classic of outdoor games experiences a new interpretation in the Buddel. After all, who says that a sandbox always has to be outside? In wind and weather, our little guests can play in the sand and stay dry and warm. Always in front of their eyes - the fantastic view towards the Allgäu's main alpine ridge. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, the silhouette of the mountain peaks serves as inspiration for the little master builders - accordingly, the sand mountains grow diligently upwards.

Splashing water fun at the pumping station

Thanks to the centrally located pumping station, it's always "water on the double! If there's one thing you can't do without when building daring sand works of art or baking sand cakes, it's water. With the help of this basic ingredient, gigantic sand castles or entire cities can be built. Little sand diggers dig branching canal systems in the sand and then watch the water's path with fascination.

A place for new friendships and big steps

But it is not only creativity that reaches its new peak in the bottle. Few children can resist the magical attraction of a sandbox. They can always find at least one play partner to tinker with new structures together. In addition, children learn through play to share their building materials and tools with their friends. Our Buddel also has a lot going for it when it comes to the motor development of the little ones. While the first steps on the sand are still wobbly, walking on the uneven surface trains the coordination of the entire body. The smallest explorers feel, touch and grasp the fine-grained, unknown element. Later, sand moulds, buckets, watering cans and shovels follow, with which the motor skills training continues.

But now we don't want to beat around the bush any longer. On with the grains of sand, get set, go! We are looking forward to great structures, delicious crunching sand cakes and exciting tunnel mazes to get lost in!
