You can control everything yourself: with the most modern light techniques you can switch between several moods. Selecting “gemütlich” (cosy) you will feel so fine on the soft pillows of the couch, selecting “essen+spielen” (playing and eating) the light is suitable for many things you can do at the solid wood table with the nice corner seat and in the kitchen (refrigerator, ceramic cooker, dishwasher, cooker hood through the roof, etc.)
Selecting “kuscheln” (cuddling) the complete ceiling with roof-beams is punctually lightened with dimmable rays of light and through 2 windows of over 100 years old you will see an extraordinary starry sky twinkling.
In the spacious bathroom the corner bathtub and the extra corner shower with light glass wall offer you special comfort. Above the double basin there is a make-up mirror with light, a radio and a practical design radiator to warm your towels. The separate toilet is equipped with a hand basin.
Both children’s bedrooms are facing south. One of the children’s rooms has a small south-facing balcony, a cosy sitting area and a private TV.
