Riding Lessons

We offer guided rides around the Berghof alps.  Private lessons are also available for beginners or experienced riders.  Also available are the daily pony rides or the guided group pony rides.

Requirements for riding lessons:
Children 6 years and older
Not afraid of horses
Requirements for pony riding:
Children 3 years and older
Not afraid of horses

At the Berghof we offer horse lovers, big and small, Froschi’s Riding School.

Froschi’s Riding School is a series of riding lessons over 5 mornings.  The goal of these lessons is that inexperienced children learn the very basics of horse riding and that the more experienced children act as “mentors” and allow the beginners to take part in their knowledge.  In this way, all children can learn how different horses are ridden and what to do to help the horses work with them.

Children over 6

Riding helmets are available at the hotel.
